Attorney Harvey Levine has been practicing law in the State of Connecticut since 1980. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut in 1967. Upon graduation, he went to the Massachusetts College of Optometry, where he received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees in 1971. From 1971 to 1980, Mr. Levine was a full-time practicing optometrist. He was also the optometrist at the University of Connecticut Health Center and Veterans Administration Hospital in Newington, Connecticut. His area of expertise included specialty contact lenses and low vision. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Bridgeport School of Law in 1980. He was admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut in 1980. Although Mr. Levine no longer practices optometry, he is still a licensed optometrist in the State of Connecticut.
Mr. Levine practices general civil litigation and concentrates his practice on litigation of personal injury, medical malpractice, bad faith, wrongful termination, workers' compensation, social security, and personal bankruptcy. He represents all personal injury matters, including automobile accident injuries, pedestrian injuries, traumatic brain injuries, construction site injuries, and wrongful death injuries. He has successfully handled medical malpractice cases involving tight casts causing reflex sympathetic dystrophy, misdiagnosis of cancer, hospital-induced injuries, and circumcision injuries. Mr. Levine is also a skilled consumer bankruptcy attorney who assists individuals with debt relief.

Attorney Jennifer Levine received a J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2007 and graduated top 10% of her class. While at law school, she won the Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law and in Labor Law. She also received an Honorable Mention in the Legal Practice Skills Best Brief Competition, and an Honorable Mention in the Legal Practice Skills Best Oral Argument Competition. She also served as a note editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review and published a note entitled, Alien Tort Claims Act Litigation: Adjudicating on "Foreign Territory." In 2007, Ms. Levine was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Society. Ms. Levine graduated third in her class at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut in 2004, where she received a B.A. in political science and earned her membership in the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society.
Ms. Levine is a member of the Connecticut and New York bars. She is also a member of the American and Connecticut Bar Associations, the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
